I never once felt pressured into buying and he never talked me into buying more than I needed, in fact he talked me into buying less expensive equipment because he knew it was all I needed with my cooling/heating preferences. I cannot rave enough about the level of service I received. I hired Gavin to replace an old LG mini split with a new one. He came to my house and he went through all of my options with me. He helped educate me on what my best choice moving forward was. He could have made a quick buck off of me that day trying to revive an old system that was not worth saving, but he did not! Never for one minute did I ever think he was trying to upsell me anything that would benefit him. It was always 100% about me and what was best for me and my situation. We landed on a final plan on how to move forward and a week or so later he came to install my new mini split. The installation went as planned with no surprises which is exactly what I was hoping for. In this day and age, just finding someone who is honest and good at what they do is difficult. Add to that, Gavin was super easy to work with and just a great guy, it made for an incredible experience. If you’re considering any air conditioning work, look no further. This is your guy!
